POLICY OF DEPOSITS & HEALTH GUARANTEE
The purpose of the deposit of £75 is to ensure
the Purchasers intent to purchase the kitten described in this agreement.
The deposit is non refundable if the Purchaser changes his/her
mind to buy the cat/kitten prior to the initial veterinarian examination
described in this agreement of sale contract.
The above cat will be
held for the purchaser and not be sold to any other buyer regardless.
A breech of contract, either verbal, written, or through neglect
or avoidance to communicate, on Purchasers part can jeopardize the
chance of placing the cat in a new home quickly as possible. For this
reason the deposit is NOT refundable.
The purpose of the deposit also serves as a guarantee
for the amount of deposit. The above amount of deposit will be refunded
to the Purchaser if the Seller fails to make available the above said
cat/kitten to Purchaser. However, Seller reserves the option to offer
a replacement cat/kitten and Purchaser is entitled to accept or decline.
All kittens are now supplied with a voucher for 6 weeks
free insurance. It is up to the new owner if they wish to take out
the policy. This is due to the new FSA regulations, I am not authorised
to sell, recommend or advise on pet insurance policies.
Our cats and kittens are guaranteed to
be of sound health, at the time of sale, and for a period of 72 hours.
If the cat/kitten is found to be ill, during that time, it must be
reported immediately, with confirmation from a certified veterinarian,
for reimbursement of veterinary bills. If he/she is found to be medically
deficient, with an untreatable or life-threatening genetic condition,
within a year, it must be reported immediately. A replacement cat/kitten
of equal value will be provided within 6 months of the return/demise
of the ill cat/kitten. This will be done ONLY with a certified veterinarian's
certificate of diagnosis and/or cause of death.
The cat/kitten cannot be returned after
the 72 hours, and/or if he/she has been exposed to other animals that
have not been currently tested for FeLV and FIV.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to provide immediate medical care if the cat/kitten shows signs of
illness or distress. Failure to do so will render any guarantee null
and void.
Health Guarantee Exclusions:
If you allow your cat out of doors this will immediately
void the health guarantee. Failure to document a visit to your vet
will void the guarantee. If you are bringing the kitten into a new
home with other cats and you do not quarantine your cat until its
vet visit will void the health guarantee. Failure to abide by instructions
outlined in this agreement will void the health guarantee.
We look forward
to hearing from you.
